Week 1 & Week 2

8:00 am: two glasses of methi seeds water, that helps in bloating. Take up five soaked almonds with the skin, and one black pepper u don’t get to chew it simply swallow it down.

11:30 am: one fruit of your own choice.

9:00 am: one glass of milk and any fruit.

11:30 am: one fruit of your own choice.

1:30 pm: One bran chappati and any vegetable of your choice.

5:00 pm:  One cup of milk or tea with two biscuits/ 1 little bowl bhuna channa.

7:30 pm:  three pcs steamed or roast chicken or fish + dish for the non-vegetarians.

8:30 pm – one fruit of your choice and a bowl of curd.

Week 4

8:00 am: two glasses of methi seeds water. And similarly, five soaked almonds with the skin and swallow one black pepper.

9:00 am: one glass of the cold occasional and a BB toast

11:30 am: one fruit of your own choice.

1:30 pm: take any of the followings from the choices below!

1 bowl sprouts and fruits

2 bowl vegetables and salads

1 bowl dalia and one BB toast

1 bowl vegetables and one BB toast

1 bowl kadhi and one plate rice

5:00 pm: One cup of milk or tea with two biscuits/ 1 little bowl bhuna channa.

7:30 pm: one bran chappati and one bowl of vegetable.

8:30 pm: one fruit of your own choice.
